This live 1:1 introductory session will take you through an overview of the Fertility Awareness Method.
During this one hour session we will cover both phases of the cycle and how to identify the fertile window using the following biomarkers:
- 1. Cervical mucus
- 2. Luteinizing hormone
- 3. Basal temperature
By observing cervical mucus throughout the cycle, we can identify ovarian activity, it shows us when follicles begin to grow and the approximate time of ovulation.
This information is invaluable, and you will soon see how you can fully understand your fertility and use your cycle observations as an indicator of health.
Upon completion you will have a great understanding of your whole menstrual cycle.
This session is a total of 1 hour (50 minute course with an additional 10 minutes available for questions).
