Welcome to Women's Natural Path. If you want to learn to understand and love your menstrual cycle along with gaining all of the knowledge you need to identify when you are ovulating, then you're in the right place!


From a young age, many of us did not speak about menstruation, or anything to do with our cycles and I want to change that!  

You may not know it yet, but your body gives you an insight into your fertility and overall health through the changes that you can observe during your menstrual cycle, that is why it is considered your fifth vital sign.


You can think of every symptom or biomarker as a message from your body, because that's exactly what it is! A biomarker is anything that can be used as an indicator of health. Some of your biomarkers, like cervical fluid or waking body temperature are key indicators of fertility, and guess what, fertility is indicator of health.

When we think of fertility, we think of ovulation, and while ovulation is absolutely crucial for fertility, I ask you to think of ovulation as much more than a reproductive event as it is how women make hormones! These hormones are what contribute to bone health, mental health and even hair and skin health. 


Irregular cycles or symptoms specifically related to women's hormone health like heavy or light periods, hair loss, hirsutism, acne or PMS are all indicators that something is out of balance in the body. In order to treat the symptoms you must really understand what the symptoms are trying to tell you about your health, and my goal is to help you do that.
