This live 1:1 session will be a detailed look into Fertility Awareness.
Upon completion you will have a deep understanding of your whole menstrual cycle.
During this two hour session we will cover how to identify ovulation using the following biomarkers:
- 1. Cervical mucus
- 2. Luteinizing hormone
- 3. Basal temperature
Not only will you be able to track if/approximately when ovulation is occurring, you will also be able to identify your whole fertile window and observe hormonal activity throughout your whole cycle. Along with this, you will gain the knowledge you need to look out for menstrual irregularities like:
- Irregular bleeding
- Irregular cycle length
- Delayed/absent ovulation
- Short luteal phase
This information is invaluable, and you will soon see how you can use your cycle observations as an indicator of health.
This session is a total of 2 hours (90 minute course with an additional 30 minutes available for questions).
